How do you send parcels within New Zealand?

Bargain Me has a partnership with a local Courier that delivers parcels all over New Zealand, including rural locations. Our urban and rural area shipping have a tracking option available.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed via our website are packed the following day and are assigned for courier pick-up. Please note most couriers don’t operate on weekends. Most deliveries so far have taken an average of approximately 5 or 6 working days post-covid (inter-island). Rural deliveries could take an extra working day or two. You will also be getting email notifications on the status of your parcel.

How do I track my parcel?

You should be getting email notifications if you have provided an email address. Otherwise a tracking ID would have been provided either via text or email with which you can track the status of the courier.

Is the payment safe and secure?

We use a very secure and professional web-server and we don’t store credit/debit card details. Millions of businesses worldwide also choose Paypal because it’s simpler, faster, safer & seamless. Paypal has an automatic fraud detection technology so they keep our business and customers safe. If you are still hesitant, get in touch with Tej (Operations Manager) or email us, we can send you an NZ bank account number.

What are your refund & returns policy?

We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or there are ongoing delays that are out of our company's control. We also do not offer refunds on Sale & Clearance items as the pricing is heavily discounted already. However please get in touch if your product is defective, our team will inspect it after you return the product to us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we do recognize that logistics is an issue right now post covid within NZ especially to rural regions, we hope you understand.
